DNA- Series Ozone Generator for car and caravan
DNA-1000 Series Ozone Generators are heavy duty deodorisers designed to oxidise smells, odours and viruses from the air. Using all-natural ozone, our ozone generators will eliminate harsh odours and formaldehydes leaving the area fresh and sanitised.
Features
- Clean Air, Pure and Simple: Simply set the DNA -1000 for the desired time setting inside the car, motorhome or caravan and let ozone do the work. The strength of ozone, which is 3,000 times more effective than bleach, will eliminate bacteria and other organic material inside the area to be treated.
- The DNA -series-1000 are powerful units that utilise cold corona discharge technology to safely and naturally produce ozone for air treatment needs. At these levels, the unit can oxidise unpleasant odours.
- DC 12 V and 220 V option: Adaptors and transformer included (other Voltage options also available)
- Rugged stainless-steel enclosure.
- 0-60 min timer.
- System on indicator and alarm: This will prevent anybody entering the vehicle whilst the ozone unit is in operation.
Operating Instructions
- Before beginning ozone treatment, make sure the vehicle is sealed completely, including all windows closed.
- Place the unit in the centre of the vehicle to ensure ozone is dispersed evenly.
- Set the timer and leave the area immediately. NOTE: No-one should be present in the vehicle while the ozone generator is operating.
- For more severe odours, a longer treatment time will be necessary. For more pungent odoues the treatment cycle of 1 hour may have to be repeated.
- Once the cycle is competed, allow time for ozone to dissipate before reentering the vehicle
- Ozone has a half-life of 30 minutes, meaning half of the ozone will dissipate after this amount of time has passed.
- For example, if running a 1-hour cycle, returning 2 hours later will ensure most of the ozone has reverted back to oxygen..
