Description
The Pump is a horizontally configured, self-suction gas-liquid mixing pump directly connected to a specialised motor. Its flow components are crafted from stainless steel using precision moulding technology. The pump’s suction inlet can draw in gas through negative pressure, eliminating the need for a gas compressor or jet. The high-speed rotation of the impeller facilitates the thorough mixing of gas and liquid, eliminating the requirement for an additional mixer. Due to the pressure-induced mixing in the volute, gas and liquid achieve complete dissolution, reaching an efficiency level of 80-100%. This prevents the necessity for large additional pressure gas tanks or costly reactor mixing towers to attain high-concentration solutions. A single gas-liquid mixing pump can effortlessly suction, mix, and dissolve gas and liquid, delivering the high-concentration solution directly to the intended application site. Consequently, the utilisation of this pump enhances the efficiency of gas-liquid solution production, streamlines the manufacturing apparatus, conserves space, reduces initial investment costs, and minimises operational and maintenance expenses.
